Hello, my name is David Boulos, thank you for taking the time to read my biography. As a young man my parents instilled important values in me of hard work, integrity, compassion and humility. I think it was these values that drove my interest into the practice of law, a career where I knew I could help the oppressed, homeless, sick and poor; people who needed a strong advocate in our justice system.
After graduation from the University of South Florida with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, I was accepted to the Widener University School of Law. It was at Widener University that I was able to bring my passion to reality by providing legal aid to the poor. Looking back, this was one of the highlights of my time as a law student. I learned just how important it was that every person have access to the court system and every person should have a voice and an equal opportunity to receive justice under the law. This was not only rewarding but strengthened my desire for helping others.
After graduating from Widener University School of Law with honors, I was hired by one of the largest national insurance defense law firms in the country where I litigated hundreds of injury and accident cases and eventually worked my way up to lead trial counsel, where I was charged with preparing and trying injury cases in both state and federal court. While litigating for these large insurance companies, I gained valuable insight and experience regarding how insurance companies operate and how they review and value claims.
Today, I bring all my years of working on the inside to your side. Some consider me a lion, I take that as compliment. I am not afraid to go the distance to ensure my clients get the justice they deserve. If you are one of my clients, I cannot say I know what you’re going through, I have not walked in your shoes, but I will do my best to try and understand and convey that message in our negotiations or to a jury to get you all the damages you deserve. I am honored to be a practicing attorney with the Law Offices of Dan Newlin and I would be honored to help you. If you would like to speak to me about your case or any legal matter, please feel free to contact me directly at (407) 203-6604 or email me at [email protected]
