Hello, my name is Francisco Menendez—but please, call me Frank!  I’m a proud Florida native, born and raised in Indian Rocks Beach, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Growing up in a Cuban household, I was deeply inspired by my father’s journey—immigrating from Cuba with nothing and working his way through medical school to become a radiologist. His story, along with the legal careers of my two brothers, sparked my own calling to become an attorney and instilled in me an unwavering work ethic.

I began my undergraduate studies at Florida State University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida. I went on to earn my Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law. From the beginning of my legal career, I’ve been committed to fighting for the injured, representing clients at all stages – from pre-suit to litigation and trial-against some of the largest insurance companies in the country.

With nearly a decade of experience, I’ve successfully recovered millions of dollars for my clients. In 2024, I secured a seven-figure pre-suit settlement for a client with soft tissue injuries. My efforts have earned me recognition by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 (Central West Florida Region) and Lawyers of Distinction (2024). I’m also proud to support the legal community as a Patron Level Member of the Florida Justice Association.

Outside of the courtroom, I find the greatest joy in being a husband to my incredible wife, Paige. Our Catholic faith and our two golden doodles, Henry and Theo, bring balance and joy to our lives. I’m also an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Volunteers football.
