Hello, my name is Brian Rush. Thank you for taking the time to read my legal biography. My journey to becoming a lawyer began at an early age watching my father and uncles, who were all lawyers. As a young man, I admired the time, energy and effort they put forth to help achieve incredible, life-changing results for their clients.
Additionally, my family instilled in me a strong work ethic and a never-ending drive to succeed, no matter the odds. They also emphasized the importance of the “Golden Rule” and treating others as you would like to be treated. As I entered college, I knew that I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps and champion cases for those in need.
After graduating from the University of Florida School of Law, I began my legal career working for a large insurance defense firm representing trucking companies, product manufacturers, hospitals, hotels, theme parks and other corporate defendants. This experience provided me with tremendous insight into how insurance companies worked and evaluated injury cases.
Today I am a honored to be a personal injury attorney, working with Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys, and serving clients in the greater Central Florida areas. I am passionate about helping individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own, and I enjoy the challenge of helping injured people.
