Hello, my name is Garrett Caggiano. I was born in Miami and raised in Central Florida. As the son of an attorney, I’ve been surrounded by the legal profession for as long as I can remember. That early exposure inspired my own path into law, and I proudly earned my Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law right here in Orlando.

During law school, I served as a certified legal intern with the Office of Regional Conflict Counsel, where I had the privilege of representing individuals who could not afford an attorney. That experience not only deepened my commitment to justice, but also ignited a true passion for trial work.

After graduation, I spent several years working for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, defending personal injury claims. That experience gave me valuable insight into how insurance companies operate—and how they often work to minimize claims.

Today, I’m honored to be part of the team at Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys, where I use my background in insurance defense to advocate for the injured. I am committed to fighting for the justice and compensation my clients deserve, and I bring the same drive and determination to every case I handle.
